| Go Green Student of the Month Nomination Process Sustainability is more than just recycling…it means we meet the needs of present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We are creating a better world for all to live in. Sustainability is not just about doing something that is good for the environment, it is about doing something that is socially just and economically viable. · Nominate as many students as you wish. · Students must be in Grades 9-12. · Describe how the nominee demonstrates a commitment to sustainability. · Describe how the nominee’s sustainability efforts impact the community. |
"Going Green" seems to be the hot phrase these days. We think it’s a good message. All year long we’re going to bring you stories about the simple things we can all do to make a difference.
